Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is your return policy?
    • Our return policy is 15 days cash back, 30 days for in-store credit.
    • For purchases through our online store, return shipping is paid for by the customer. However, if something doesn't fit right, we highly encourage you to come in to one of our three locations and let one of our associates help you out. If returned in store, there is obviously no fee. 
  • What if I don't see my shoe in your online store?
    • Call our store! Only our Green Bay inventory is available on our online store, so we can check with our other locations for your shoe. Just let us know!
  • What is your shipping policy?
    • Anything that is $100 or more, we will take care of shipping. Anything ordered before 4PM will ship that day.
  • What about gift cards?
    • If you are purchasing under $100 in gift cards, please select in-store pickup for shipping options. As long as your shipping address is filled out correctly, we will get that shipped out to you, free of charge. If you don't select the in-store option, you will be charged $10.75, which is highway robbery and, unfortunately, not something we can change. If you have questions, call Green Bay at 920-884-2989.
